Every lab report we publish comes from Freedom Diagnostics, an independent third-party testing laboratory in the United States. Each report carries an accession number you can look up on the lab’s own website, so you never have to take our word for a result.

How to check a report yourself
- Open any report on our Batch COAs page.
- Copy its accession number (it starts with “Peph”).
- Open Freedom Diagnostics’ report search page and enter the number. You can also search for “Pephive”.
- Compare: the lab’s record should show the same batch, date and result as our copy.
Nothing on our reports is redacted. If a number doesn’t match, or you can’t find the report for your batch, email pephiveau@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
Why we test this way
Before Pephive, we kept seeing fake or redacted test reports, and verification codes that brought up something completely different on the lab’s website. Reports from an independent lab, with numbers anyone can check, are the opposite of that.
