Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different items
Pephive accepts returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Contact Pephive with your order number, product name, photos of the parcel and item, and a short description of the issue.
Return review conditions
Because products are supplied for laboratory research and require controlled handling, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after dispatch. There is no fixed return window for a faulty or incorrect product claim under the Australian Consumer Law; contact Pephive as soon as you identify an issue so the support team can assist.
Before sending a return
Do not send any product back until Pephive confirms return instructions. For an accepted faulty, damaged, or incorrect-product claim, Pephive will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return postage. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the resolution may include a replacement (exchange), refund, or another remedy agreed with you.
Research-use-only limitation
Returns support does not provide medical, dosing, storage-for-consumption, therapeutic, cosmetic, or personal-use guidance. Products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
