1. Contact Support

Email pephiveau@gmail.com or call 0405 691 170 for help with an order, product question, batch reference, payment, or shipping enquiry.

For the fastest response, include your order number, product name, batch reference where relevant, and a clear description of the issue.

2. Order Help

Pephive can help with order status, order details, payment confirmation, checkout questions, and general account or purchase support.

Please include the email address used at checkout and any order details you have so the support team can locate the order quickly.

3. Shipping

Orders placed and paid before 12pm (Sydney time) on a business day are normally dispatched the same day, from Australian stock, by Australia Post Express Post. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days to metro areas and 1–3 business days to regional areas.

A tracking link is emailed when your order is dispatched. Express Post is free on orders from $90. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Payments

Payment instructions are shown at checkout. Once payment is received, your order payment will be confirmed by email.

If you need payment help, contact support with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

5. Batch COAs

Batch COAs are published where available. Visit the Batch COAs page to match your product or batch reference.

If you need help matching a batch, email support with the product name, batch reference, and order number if available.

6. Research Use Only

Pephive products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Support cannot provide medical, dosing, therapeutic, cosmetic, veterinary, personal-use, or administration guidance.

7. Refunds & Returns

For refund, return, replacement, or order issue enquiries, review the Refund and Returns Policy.

To start a return or claim, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Please contact us before sending any product back so we can send return instructions.
