Any product information, batch information, or supporting documentation is provided for research documentation and product identification only.

By using the Pephive website or placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by Pephive. References to “Pephive,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the Pephive store and its operators.

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, provide false or misleading information, interfere with site security, scrape or copy website content without permission, or purchase products for any use outside lawful laboratory research.

We aim to keep product information, pricing, imagery, availability, and website content accurate. Minor errors, stock changes, or updates may occur. Pephive may correct errors, update content, refuse orders, cancel orders, or issue refunds where required, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, compliance concern, or unsuitable order.

Website content, product copy, imagery, branding, layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pephive and must not be copied, reproduced, or republished without written permission.

3. Ordering & Payment

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed or cleared.

If you are asked to include an order reference with payment, please use the order number provided at checkout.

Missing or incorrect payment references may delay processing.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once it has been reviewed and processed by Pephive. We may contact you if further information is required before fulfilment.

Pephive may refuse, cancel, or refund an order where required, including where an order appears unlawful, fraudulent, unsuitable for fulfilment, outside our research-use-only conditions, affected by a pricing or stock error, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Shipping Policy

Pephive dispatches Australian orders from Australian stock. Delivery is A$20.00 unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Dispatch depends on order review, payment status, stock availability, order volume, public holidays, courier collection times, and delivery location. Where possible, orders are packed and dispatched promptly after payment has been confirmed.

Tracking details are provided when available after fulfilment has been processed. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Checkout is currently configured for Australian delivery addresses only. Orders outside Australia are not supported through the current store setup.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by this policy.

Pephive accepts returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact Pephive with your order number, product name, photos of the parcel and item, and a short description of the issue.

Because products are supplied for laboratory research and require controlled handling, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after dispatch. There is no fixed return window for a faulty or incorrect product claim under the Australian Consumer Law; contact Pephive as soon as you identify an issue so the support team can assist.

Do not send any product back until Pephive confirms return instructions. For an accepted faulty, damaged, or incorrect-product claim, Pephive will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return postage. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the resolution may include a replacement (exchange), refund, or another remedy agreed with you.

Returns support does not provide medical, dosing, storage-for-consumption, therapeutic, cosmetic, or personal-use guidance.

Pephive collects and uses information needed to process orders, provide support, operate the store, and maintain site security.

Pephive may collect information needed to operate the store and support orders, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, order contents, order history, payment reference information, support messages, device data, and website activity data.
